I understand that Energy Medicine Modalities including the Eden Method and Eden Energy Medicine are innovative approaches to health care, which are only beginning to be investigated scientifically. I further understand that the training in the Eden Method, Eden Energy Medicine, and other services I am or may be receiving from Diane McKeon/Diane’s Hands/Synergistic Massage and Energy Healing/Innersource do not substitute for diagnosis and/or treatment from a qualified health practitioner for illnesses, injuries, or other medical conditions.

I understand that some classes may be videotaped, and or photographed. Any demonstrations in class may also be recorded. I understand that I can fully participate in class without volunteering to be a “test” client or being part of any demonstrations. If I do serve as the” test” client either in person or virtual, I grant permission for my image and voice to appear in training programs by the instructors and their affiliates. I also realize that I might appear in background audience shots from zoom virtual classrooms, as well as other still photos taken, including screen shots by authorized staff members. I grant permission for my image to appear in any publicity and / or social marketing efforts. If a recording is provided to you as a registered participant of the class, I agree that it will not be shared with anyone who was not a registered participant of the class.

Diane McKeon (Diane’s Hands), Synergistic Massage and Energy Healing, Eden Method or Innersource reserves the right, at its discretion and without explanation, to ask a student to leave a class or to terminate a student from the class based on failure to meet the academic, behavioral, professional, or ethical standards of the program as determined by Innersource staff. Any refunds will be fairly determined, again at the discretion of Diane McKeon or Innersource staff, on a case-by-case basis.

I also understand that any activity in which a person might participate involves some risk. In consideration of being permitted to enroll for the instructional and other services offered through Diane McKeon/Diane’s Hands/Synergistic Massage and Energy Healing/Eden Method/Innersource, I release and hold Diane McKeon/Diane’s Hands//Synergistic Massage and Energy HealingEden Method/Innersource, its agents, officers, employees, directors, successors, and affiliated corporations harmless from any claims arising out of my participation in the instructional or other services offered by Diane McKeon/Diane’s Hands /Synergistic Massage and Energy Healing/Innersource.

I also agree and understand that Diane McKeon, Diane’s Hands, Synergistic Massage and Energy Healing, Eden Method and Innersource do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical condition.
